Let me get to the point: I think she’s a whore.
Not only is she a whore who’s going to fuck any penis she sees in front of her, but she’s also a power greedy character who’s going to do anyting within her power to become a ruler. She will even kill (and don’t tell me it was Jaime and try to explain the story ‘cause we all read it. He pushed Bran, but it was her who killed him) a kid who’s seen her being a whore so that nobody knows she’s a whore.
Yes, I hate her. I hate characters like her. It’s my right to hate her just is George R. R. Martin’s right to kill whichever character I like and do not give a single fuck to what I or any other reader thinks.
SO, thumbs up if you like her. You like a character someone else thinks is a whore. Big deal.

uhm. if we ignore the whore part (which, lol, shut up), i think “we’ve all read it” does not include you because where exactly did you read that cersei did kill bran? Not to mention, uh, bran’s alive. Are we talking about Bran here? If not, exactly which kid “has seen her being a whore?” YOU ARE NOT MAKING ANY SENSE. Stop trying to justify yourself by making it look like you have to hate everyone who’s a whore. Hate her if you want, i couldn’t care less, but please use acceptable reasons. 

WAIT, WHAT?

There are so many things here that don’t make sense, and I didn’t get a chance to defend another oft-hated female character last year so please don’t mind me jumping in.

1. Bran isn’t dead.

2. It’s specifically mentioned that CERSEI DID NOT WANT HIM DEAD. SHE HAS NEVER MADE ANY ATTEMPT ON BRAN’S WELL BEING OTHER THAN TO THANK THE GODS WHY HE DOESN’T REMEMBER THE REASON FOR HIS FALL.

3. Yes, Cersei wants power, but not necessarily because it’s up for grabs, but because Cersei doesn’t understand why she isn’t entitled to the power she deserves. By her definition, she should have been a princess, a queen, the daughter or sister of a king, and that’s only because she couldn’t have been a king or lord of Casterly Rock herself because she happened to be born a woman. Cersei’s entire M.O. is directed by her respect and awe for her father, a man who, she feels, should have sat on the Iron Throne and the fact that, were she male, the whole kingdom would rightly be her’s. (The person who robbed her father of this title was the man she was later forced to marry. Imagine.) And everyone is forcing her to justify what she feels is her right to rule, so she’s forced to hem herself in with sycophants and idiots because, despite her greatest desires, she’s just not very good at it. God forbid a character fail at their endeavors, but would you hate Cersei less if she turned out to be a good and humble monarch? Gross, she wouldn’t be nearly as interesting.

4. Cersei is no penis-jockey. From what we can gather she had maintained a monogamous relationship with her brother for some seventeen years. Her sexual exploits since the breakdown of their physical relationship have been motivated by her need to manipulate people in order to secure her position, and they are not numerous. So be it that she is a woman and that she must use her body as a weapon where men can use threats of violence. She hates it, but she understands it.

5. The whores that we are introduced to in Westeros (and by that I mean the definition of women who trade money for sexual affairs) are hardly sex-crazed ‘bitches’ who will do anything for a fuck. Shae, Alayaya, Chataya, Jayde, Dancy, etc. are multifaceted characters who garner respect and love (and hatred) for purposes other than their chosen professions.

6. Hoe ≠ whore. A hoe is a gardening utensil. Tumblr has a high standard for language and it would probably help your case to check a dictionary.

it’s interesting that, really, it’s tyrion who fucks around as much as humanly possible, and he’s everyone’s fave.

don’t get me wrong, i love tyrion. but seriously. if we’re going to label a lannister a “whore”…
